วันนี้หุ้น VGI บวกชนเพดาน (ซิลลิ่ง) หลังเคอรี่ประเทศไทย ยื่น Filing เข้าตลาดหลักทรัพย์
เมื่อไม่กี่ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา มีรายงานว่า เคอรี่ เอ็กซ์เพรส (ประเทศไทย)
ผู้ให้บริการส่งพัสดุรายใหญ่ในประเทศไทย กำลังเตรียมยื่นแบบ Filing
เพื่อเสนอขายหุ้นสามัญเพิ่มทุนต่อประชาชนเป็นครั้งแรก หรือ IPO
โดยเคอรี่เป็นหนึ่งในบริษัทนอกตลาดหลักทรัพย์
ที่เติบโตได้อย่างรวดเร็วตลอดระยะเวลาที่ผ่านมา
ปี 2560 รายได้ 6,673 ล้านบาท กำไร 733 ล้านบาท
ปี 2561 รายได้ 13,668 ล้านบาท กำไร 1,185 ล้านบาท
ปี 2562 รายได้ 19,895 ล้านบาท กำไร 1,329 ล้านบาท
รายได้เติบโตเฉลี่ย 73%
กำไรเติบโตเฉลี่ย 35%
โดยทางบริษัทจะเสนอขาย IPO ไม่เกิน 300 ล้านหุ้น คิดเป็นไม่เกิน 17.20%
ของจำนวนหุ้นสามัญที่ออกและจำหน่ายได้แล้วทั้งหมดของบริษัทฯ
หลังนักลงทุนรับรู้ข่าวคราวดังกล่าว ทำให้หุ้นของบริษัท วีจีไอ หรือ VGI
ที่เป็นบริษัทลูกของรถไฟฟ้า BTS และเป็นผู้ถือหุ้นใหญ่ของเคอรี่ ประเทศไทย พุ่งชนเพดาน Ceiling +14.29%
คิดเป็นมูลค่าที่เพิ่มขึ้นมากว่า 7,300 ล้านบาท ภายในวันเดียว..
